While labels haven't been removed, and Goto that utilizes labels isn't eliminated, its usage is exceedingly rare compared to v1.
In every case, it can be replaced with functions or other commands.
(Exceptionally, Goto may be considered when breaking out of complex nested loops, but even then, I'm not particularly inclined to recommend it.)
