Yes, it's just checking that the common part -- the part that I specified -- is part of the name of the control. So if there are other controls that also match, it doesn't make sense to me why it would exclude those. It must be that it's not excluding them, and maybe sending that key combination has no effect when they're under the mouse. You can verify by replacing the SendInput line with SoundBeep and see if you can get it to beep when you use the scroll wheel over one of those controls.
